Abstract
Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - pateikti projektinius sprendimus verslios asmenybės vystymosi skatinimui. Teorinėje darbo dalyje yra analizuojama verslios asmenybės samprata, jos sąsajos su kitais terminais (verslininkas (-ystė), vadybininkas, vadovas ir kt.). Be to, verslios asmenybės vystymosi procesas; aptariamos verslios asmenybės potencialo atskleidimo teorijos bei analizuojama koučingo samprata, jo taikymo modeliai, panaudojimo galimybės bei apribojimai. Analitinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje pateikiami ir analizuojami rezultatai tyrimo, atlikto dviem etapais: praktinės koučingo analizės Lietuvos organizacijose, interviu su G. Aleknavičiumi (koučingo konsultantu, taip pat naudojančiu koučingą savo organizacijoje) ir anketiniu empiriniu tyrimu: tiriant dirbančius neakivaizdinio skyriaus verslo administravimo ir vadybos studentus. Projektinėje darbo dalyje suformuluoti alternatyvūs (mentoringas, konsultavimas) ir tokie konkretūs problemų sprendimai: verslios asmenybės individualus vystymosi planas, koučingo ir koučerio pasirinkimo rekomendacijos, pateiktas naudotinas koučingo etapų modelis.
The aim of the Master’s work - to provide proven solutions based on decisions of self-development stimulation of efficiency and business features of the individual In the theoretical part of the paper work the efficiency and business features of the individual are determined, analyzed and linked with other terms: business man, enterprise, management, and head of an enterprise, etc. Moreover, the process of self-development in efficiency and business of the individual and the theories of him/her are presented by discovering its potency and coaching and analyzed from the terms of determination, the models application and with the restrictions in use. In the analytical part of the paper work, the results of the research are presented and analyzed in two stages: the analyses of practical coaching in different Lithuania’s organizations; the interview with G. Aleknavičius (the coacher using coaching in his enterprise) and questionnaire-empirical research was prosecuted with the experimental group of working students of business and administration specialty. In the projecting part of the paper work the alternative (mentoring and consulting) and particular problems solving solution, such as the plan of the efficiency and business features of the individual self-developing are presented with the recommendation of coaching and coacher’s choice via the model of different coaching stages.
