Dabartinė mokykla gyvena nuolatiniame kaitos procese, veikiama ne tik išorinių, bet ir vidinių veiksnių, todėl kokybės siekianti mokyklos bendruomenė turi kurti naujas bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo formas su tiesioginiais partneriais – tėvais, kurie padeda formuoti ugdymo turinį, daro įtaką ugdymo(si) proceso kokybei, mokinių mokymosi pasiekimams. Sėkmingos mokyklos veiklos pagrindu tampa bendradarbiavimu grįsti santykiai, kurie aprėpia įvairiopą partnerystę. . Sėkmingą bendradarbiavimą lemia šilti tarpusavio santykiai, geranoriškas požiūris vienas kito atžvilgiu, atsakomybė, pasitikėjimas, pagarba vienas kitam, bendri susitarimai, įdomūs mokykloje organizuojami renginiai. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad tėvų, pedagogų ir vadovų nuomonės visiškai sutampa dėl aktualiausios šiuolaikinės mokyklos ir šeimos bendradarbiavimo problemos tai yra laiko stokos aktyviam bendradarbiavimui. Mokykla ir šeima turi prisiimti atsakomybę už veiklą, skatinančią bendradarbiavimo proceso tobulinimą. Sukurtas bendradarbiavimo modelis, kuriame atsispindi pagrindiniai veiksniai sąlygojantys glaudų mokyklos ir šeimos bendradarbiavimą.
The final masters thesis is ``Management of the school and the family cooperation in the process of change“. After analysing scientific literature and the documents of Lithuanian educational system, it is possible to access the situation of such cooperation in today
s schools. The current school experiences a constant change under the influence of both internal and external factors , so the quality seeking school community has to develop new forms of communication and cooperation with direct partners – parents who have influence on forming the curriculum, affect the quality of teaching and also students achievements. The background of a successful school is considered to be collaborative relationship, including partnership in different ways. Successful cooperation is a result of close relationships, benevolent attitude to each other as well as respect. It is also supported by responsibility, trust, mutual agreements, interesting school events, projects, trips, involving the whole school community – teachers, students, parents. On the other hand, intolerance, indiference, misunderstandings, disagreements inside a school community lead to lack of cooperation and results to low standard of school life. opinions abou the issue of cooperation coinside. The main problem leading to a low cooperation level is lack of time. Community members are, in fact, too busy to take many actions. Consequently, the school and the family have to take more responsibility for actions which encourage development of cooperation process. The cooperation model, which reflects the main aspects influencing close school and family cooperation, is created.
