Nikelio oksidų sintezė ir Rentgeno fotoelektroninių spektrų tyrimas
Kulakovski, Alfred |
Šio darbo tikslas susintetinti plonuosius nikelio oksido sluoksnius panaudojant zolis-gelis technologiją ir ištirti jų cheminę sudėtį Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektroskopijos metodu. Darbe apžvelgtos nikelio oksido cheminės ir fizikines savybes. Taipogi išnagrinėti nikelio oksido plonasluoksnių dangų ypatumai. Darbe aprašyti zolis-gelis technologijos pagrindai, nikelio oksidų plonųjų sluoksnių savybės ir sintezės būdai bei Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektroskopijos metodo pagrindai. Pateiktas išsamus nikelio oksidų sintezės zolių-gelių metodu technologijos aprašymas. Darbe aprašyta XPS aparatūra. Aprašyti eksperimentiniai nikelio oksido Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektrai. Gautas rezultatas: nikelio oksido sintezei tinka zolis-gelis technologija.
Purpose of this work is synthesis of nickel oxide thin films by using sol-gel technique and to investigate the chemical composition by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy method. At work reviewed nickel oxide, a chemical and physical properties of it. We also consider nickel-oxide thin film coating characteristics. The work described in the sol-gel technology, nickel oxide thin films properties and methods of synthesis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy method. Detailed synthesis of nickel oxide sol-gel technology description also presented. The work described in the XPS equipment. Description of the experimental X - ray photoelectron nickel oxide spectra’s given. Forthcoming result: sol-gel technology is suitable for the synthesis of nickel oxide thin films. Using this technology, sophisticated equipment and special conditions of production are unnecessary. Nickel ions in the produced films are in the two stages – connected with the oxygen ions (nickel oxide) and with the hidroxyle group (Ni(OH)2). Part of the oxygen is bonded with the nickel ions and remainder is held by hydroxide group. By reducing the amount of oxygen is available in hydroxide group doing thermal samples treatments in a vacuum.
