The integration of diabled and pupils with special needs is already happened before fifteen years in our society, social life of professional and that isn’t both practician and researcher opened. Besides, working with pupils, that have special needs, is faced with different interference – start up with discomfort, which cause compensatory technology, using it, educational technique of pedagogue’s, to conclude with macropolitical laws, which regulate disablement. It is a matter of great relevance to find the ways, how to improve pupil’s with special needs conditions of integral teaching and competences of pedagogue’s. Results of my research can be used to correct the disablement pupil’s education in heterogeneous groups. The aim of this research is to identify the nature of difficulties during the lesson which have retarded pupils. In the research attended 118 pedagogues and 72 pupils with special needs from 1 to 10 classes and their parents, that were 24. In theoretical part of my work are showed the educational planning of retarded pupils, the nature of integration, learning difficulties, classification In practical part of my work are opened difficulties, which have pupils with and they are tought in main school by the teacher, that worked in heterogeneous groups. In the end of my work I came to a conclusion, that retarded pupils feel many difficulties in educational process. They learn from the same manuals like contemporaries. The staff doesn’t agree with their needs and opportunities. For pupils is it difficult to master the staff during the lesson and it to realize. The finding of my research show that for retarded pupils are difficult to do a test or individual tasks. The tasks are total unclear, too difficult. Consequently the teachers differentiate too little the staff’s content, the tasks don’t match needs and possibilities. Teachers rarely regard to pupils needs and possibilities, undersell educate irregular cognitive functions, don’t identify rising difficulties. Just because, retarded pupils experience difficulties during the lesson. In schools are short of specialists that could help for pupils and teachers in educational process. The pupil often stay away, with him doesn’t discuss about learning difficulties, doesn’t schedule common work. Difficulties rise not only for pupils, but also for teachers. The finding of the research show that integral education is difficult for teachers. The teachers noted that they need special pedagogic, psychological knowledge, experience and abilities to prepare potted programmes and to adapt educational content. It is difficult to individualize work during the lessons, to map out work’s time. The teachers are short of time to work with loss intellectual pupils. It is established, that the teachers can’t qualitatively plan educational process, without specialists help pupils feel many difficulties. There are tendency that the teachers are not methodical ready work with retarded pupils. They don’t envisage the difficulties, they rarely use alternative teaching methods, undersell individualize the educational content.
