Žieminių kviečių mitybos optimizavimo tyrimai, naudojant biologinius preparatus
Magistrantūros studijų baigiamojo darbo tyrimų tikslas buvo įvertinti azoto trąšų normų optimizavimo galimybę, naudojant biologinius preparatus žieminių kviečių pasėliuose. Lauko eksperimentas buvo atliktas 2012–2013 m. ASU Bandymų stotyje. Dirvožemis IDg8-k (LVg-p-w-cc) – karbonatingas sekliai glėjiškas išplautžemis (Calc(ar)i-Epihypogleyic Luvisols). Tyrimų objektas – žieminis kvietys (Triticum aestivum L.), veislė ‘Ada‘. Darbo metodai: žieminių kviečių derlingumo bei derliaus struktūros elementai nustatyti tiesioginio matavimo, skaičiavimo ar svėrimo būdu pagal priimtas lauko eksperimento vykdymo metodikas. Tyrimų duomenys statistiškai įvertinti dviejų veiksnių kiekybinių požymių dispersinės analizės metodais, taikant kompiuterinę programą ANOVA (Tarakanovas, Raudonius, 2003). Tyrimų rezultatai. Didinant azoto trąšų normas, biologiniai preparatai esmingai didino žieminių kviečių pasėlio tankumą. Didžiausias produktyvus pasėlio tankumas (712 vnt. m-2) nustatytas išpurškus Amalgerol (3,0 l ha-1 ) ir Azofit (1,0 l ha-1 ) derinį bei tręšiant N160. Biologinių preparatų naudojimas didino žieminių kviečių grūdų derlingumą. Didžiausias esmingai patikimas žieminių kviečių derlingumo padidėjimas nustatytas patręšus žieminius kviečius N140 ir N160 trąšų norma ir išpurškus Amalgerol (3,0 l ha-1 ) ir Azofit (1,0 l ha-1) derinį, atitinkamai 1,59 ir 1,60 t ha-1. Esminis žieminių kviečių varpos produktyvumo padidėjimas, lyginant su mažiausia eksperimente naudota trąšų norma, nustatytas tręšiant N80-120. Panaudojus preparatų Amalgerol (3,0 l ha-1) ir Azofit (1,0 l ha-1) derinį, net mažiausiai tręšiant azoto trąšomis (N40), varpos produktyvumas viršijo 1 g. Žieminių kviečių apipurškimas BBCH 30 tarpsniu biologiniais preparatais Amalgerol (3,0 l ha-1) ir Azofit (1,0 l ha-1), ženkliai didino grūdų kiekį varpoje, o 1000 grūdų masės pokyčiui turėjo mažesnę įtaką. Didžiausias biologinių preparatų Amalgerol (3,0 l ha-1) ir Azofit (1,0 l ha-1) efektyvumas nustatytas tręšiant žieminius kviečius N120 trąšų norma. Didinant azoto trąšų normas, biologinių preparatų efektyvumas mažėjo.
The main aim of Master studies research was to evaluate the optimization opportunities of nitrogen fertilizer rates, using biological preparations in winter wheat crops. Field experiment was conducted in 2012–2013 at ASU Experimental Station. The soil type – Calc (ar) – Epihypogleyic Luvisols (LVg – pw – cc). Object of the research - winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), sort ‘Ada‘. Research methods: winter wheat yield and its structure elements were determined while using direct measurements, calculations or weighing according field experimental techniques. Research data have been statistically evaluated with two factor analysis of variance of quantitative methods of evidence, using a computer program ANOVA (Tarakanovas, Raudonius, 2003). Research results. Increasing rates of nitrogen fertilizer, biological preparations substantially increased the density of winter wheat. The highest productive density of the crop (712 unit m-2), was found when the combination of Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1) was sprayed, and while fertilizing N160. The use of biological preparations increased winter wheat grain yield. The highest fundamentally reliable grain yield of winter wheat increase was obtained, when combination of biological preparations Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1) were used and when fertilized N140 and N160 , respectively 1.59 t ha-1 and 1.60 t ha-1. The substantial spikelet productivity increasing of winter wheat, comparing with the lowest rate of fertilizer that used in the experiment, was found while fertilizing N80 – 120. When using the combination of Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1), even fertilizing with the lowest rates (N40), the spikelet productivity exceeded 1 g. The spraying of biological agents Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1) on winter wheat in stage BBCH 30, also significantly increased content of grain in spikelet, but on 1000 grain weight change had less influence. The biggest effectiveness of Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1) was found when winter wheat were fertilized N120. Increasing rates of nitrogen fertilizers, the efficiency of biological preparations was decreasing.
