Varėnos rajono savivaldybės etnografinių kaimų sodybų vertinimas
Išnagrinėti ir įvertinti pietų Lietuvos etnografinių kaimų nekilnojamojo turto objektai Varėnos r. savivadybės kaimų – Dargužių, Musteikos ir Zervynų – pavyzdžiu. Pirmojoje dalyje išnagrinėti žemės sklypai ir pastatai, paaiškėjo, kad analizuotuose kaimuose, vyrauja nedidelio ploto (0,1–0,5 ha) namų valdos žemės sklypai, didžioji dalis pastatų – rąstiniai, vidutinis gyvenamųjų namų plotas – apie 100 m2. Įvertinus esamą sodybų situaciją, geriausiai įvertintas (21 balas iš 25) Musteikos kaimas, o vertinant atsitiktinai pasirinktus statinius, geriausius įvertinimus surinko gyvenamieji namai, esantys Zervynų kaime. Antrojoje dalyje aptarti gyventojų ir specialistų apklausos rezultatai. Paaiškėjo, kad nuolat etnografiniuose kaimuose gyvena tik 48 proc. gyventojų. Specialistai ir gyventojai įvardijo, kad etnografiniuose kaimuose yra keliami didesni reikalavimai pastatams. Pagrindinės išvados: 1) Analizuotų kaimų teritorijose, kurios įtrauktos į kultūros paveldo teritorijas, vyrauja namų valdos sklypai, 73 proc. pastatų rąstiniai; 2) Geriausiai įvertinta Musteikos kaimo sodybos ir Zervynų kaimo gyvenamieji namai; 3) Gyventojai nesuinteresuoti vykdyti ūkinę veiklą šiuose kaimuose, tačiau bendras kaimų vaizdas gražėja.
To analyze and evaluate the real estate objects of southern Lithuanian ethnographic villages in the villages of Varena district municipality - Darguziai, Musteikas and Zervynai. The first part examines land plots and buildings, it turned out that in the analyzed villages, land plots of a small area (0.1 – 0.5 ha) predominate, most of the buildings – logs, the average area of residential buildings – about 100 m2. Estimating the current situation of homesteads, the best estimate (21 points out of 25) was rated by Musteikos village, and in evaluating randomly selected buildings, the best estimates were collected by residential houses located in Zervynai village. The second part discusses the results of the survey of residents and specialists. It turned out that only 48 percent live in ethnographic villages of the population. Specialists and residents have indicated that higher requirements for buildings are imposed in ethnographic villages. Main conclusions: 1) In the territories of analyzed villages, which are included in the territories of cultural heritage, predominantly the land plots of the household, 73%. log buildings; 2) The most appreciated Musteikiai rural homestead and Zervynai village dwelling houses; 3) The inhabitants are not interested in performing economic activity in these villages, but the overall picture of the countryside is beautiful.
