Straipsnyje analizuojami socialinių pedagogų savanorių tinkamumo socialinei pedagoginei veiklai kriterijai. Atskaitos tašku pasirinkta jų motyvacija, pateikta jų lyginamoji analizė. Daroma prielaida, jog siekiant socialinių pedagogų profesinės sėkmės, būtina kurti jų atrankos metodiką. Formuojant specialistų atrankos modelį, remiamasi savanorių atrankos metodikos principais, sujungiant profesinį ir iki profesinį socialinių pedagogų rengimą.
Our modern society requires new objectives in the area of social pedagogy. This article analyses the criteria for the appropriateness of social pedagogues and volunteers in educational activities. The main point selected was the motivation of students and volunteers in a comparative study. There is an assumption used, that to seek professional success from social pedagogues, it is necessary to create a screening process. Forming a model of specialists screening, it is possible to use the principles of volunteer screening processes, which can be combined with professional and prc-profcssional preparation of social pedagogues.
