Daugelis mokslinių tyrimų rodo, kad studentų ir mokinių fizinis parengtumas blogėja. Vienas iš svarbiausių veiksnių, lemiančių studentų ir mokinių nuostatą savarankiškai gerinti savo fizinį parengtumą, yra kūno kultūros mokytojų kryptinga veikla. Kūno kultūros akademijos studentai buvo papildomai parengti kryptingai formuoti mokinių poreikį savarankiškai laisvalaikiu sportuoti, kultivuoti kūno kultūrą ne pamokų laiku. Funkcinės organizmo būklės rodiklių lygis po kūno kultūros pamokų eksperimentinėse klasėse eksperimento pabaigoje statistiškai patikimai (p < 0,01) buvo aukštesnis (Kolmogorovo-Smirnovo kriterijus λ = 0,35 > 0,238 – kritinė reikšmė, kai p = 0,01) už atitinkamų rodiklių lygį kontrolinėse klasėse. Mokinių, užsiimančių fizine saviugda, eksperimentinėse klasėse padaugėjo nuo 37,4 proc. iki 85,9 proc., o kontrolinėse klasėse šis procentas išliko praktiškai nepakitęs.
The objective of our research was to determine the interrelations of LAPE student’s didactic education and results of their teaching praxis – physical self-education of schoolchildren which they have been teaching. The methods were as follows: pedagogical experiment, testing of the level of body functional condition (activity, self-feeling, and temper), interview. The pedagogical experiment was based on the hypothesis assumption that the realization of physical exercises, clear mental visualization of the influence of each motion have an influence on the psycho-emotional and spiritual levels and this improves the functional state of the organism of students. 187 schoolchildren were involved in this experiment. They were students of 7th and 8th classes of common education. They were divided in two groups: 92 in experimental and 95 in control group. In the control groups the targets of lessons and tasks were explained, and then samples of worksheets were presented. In the experimental classes introductory occupations were conducted following introduction into the theme of lesson. Thus the knowledge embracing psychoemotional, physical and spiritual spheres into one was given to students; the concept of interaction of the different systems of human organism with the fulfilment of physical exercises have been explained as well as the influence of such exercises on the general physical development, the realization of the need of the healthy lifestyle and an improvement in the quality of life, especially accentuating psycho-emotional and spiritual spheres. In the experimental classes change of the opinion of schoolchildren about the physical education lessons were identified. The schoolchildren started to recognize PE as part of educational program of harmonious person. They were assimilating the elements of healthy lifestyle and improve the level of educational programs assimilation. As the result of that, physical education lesson progressiveness started to improve. The results of investigation showed that by giving schoolchildren knowledge on relation among physical exercises and function of human organism and healthy lifestyle in PE lessons, the number of physically selfeducating schoolchildren is growing (p < 0,01). During the pedagogic experiment the number of physical selfeducation of schoolchildren changed from 37.4 % to 82.9 %. The didactic opinion of the schoolchildren has changed towards the physical self-help who participated in the educational process. That was the main target of physical education lesson. There was determinated, that influence on psycho-emotional and spiritual spheres improves the schoolchildren interest in healthy lifestyle and physical self-help.
