Straipsnyje remiantis dvasinių vertybių sistema nagrinėjamos mokytojų rengimo galimybės, tiriamos šios sistemos raiškos studentų meno kolektyve ypatybės ir poveikis profesinei brandai. Išskiriami vertybių fiksavimo būdai, jų reikšmė plečiant mokytojui būdingą veiklos patirti, gilinant ugdymo sampratą ir puoselėjant asmens savybes, reikalingas profesinėje veikloje.
The article analyses the significance of artistic student groups for professional teacher training. It emphsisises the fact that the system of spiritual values forms the basis for upbringing a personality. Therefore, the author distinguishes values like truth, beauty and being good as well as the ways for realisation of the above values. These ways include cognition, creativity and expression of one’s inner world by tracing interpersonal communicative relations. The above values and their realisation are a precondition for personality development. Yet it is also important to see how personality development can be compatible with teacher training and how it promotes teacher training.
