Straipsnyje autorius apibūdina žmogaus kančią iš psichologinių pozicijų. Kančia aptariama dviem aspektais: kančios patyrimo kompleksiškumo (daugiasluoksnis ir įvairialypis pobūdis) ir pozityvaus kančios patyrimo aspektu.

In this article author describes human suffering from the psychological point of view the presents two aspects of suffering showing its activity: the complexity (multidimensional and multilevel character) of experiencing suffering and an aspect of positive results of experiencing suffering.
