Straipsnyje atskleidžiami profesines mokyklos jaunuolių tarpusavio santykių ypatumai. Pagrindiniais kriterijais pasirinkta: jaunuolių tarpusavio santykių vaidmuo profesinėje mokykloje, jaunuolių bendravimo profesinėje mokykloje vertybiniai aspektai, veiksniai, turintys įtakos skirtingų jaunuolių tarpusavio santykiams, jaunuolių tarpusavio santykių vertinimas pedagogų požiūriu. Tyrimo duomenys parodė, jog profesinės mokyklos sistemoje jaunuolių tarpusavio santykiai vaidina svarbų vaidmenį; profesinės mokyklos moksleiviams santykiai su kita lytimi yra reikšmingi, nes ugdo pasitikėjimą bei pasitenkinimą savimi.
The article reveals the peculiarities of the relations among youngsters of vocational schools. 125 students of Vilnius Railway Transport and Business services Vocational School as well as 30 teachers of the above mentioned school participated in the research. The interrelation of youngsters of different sex under the constructive management stimulates the activity of the school community as well as the development of student’s personality. The youngsters aim not only at the short term contact with the representatives of the opposite sex while communicating. The essential elements of the harmonious relation with the opposite sex are the following: understanding of the other, non-deprecation, recognition of responsibility. The students receive the information on the relations of youngsters of different sex from parents, friends, books, but the information is not sufficient. Therefore, there various possibilities to improve the relations of youngsters of different sex: to introduce the communication course, to invite different lecturers, to apply more active teaching methods.
