Straipsnyje aptariama lojalumo organizacijai esmė darbuotojo ir organizacijos santykio pokyčių kontekste, laikantis nuostatos, kad lojalumas yra pagrindinis organizacijos politikos principas žmogiškųjų išteklių atžvilgiu. Pagrindžiamas bendradarbiavimo ir partnerystės veiksnių reikšmingumas dėstytojo, kaip darbuotojo, ir švietimo organizacijos santykio kaitai, atsižvelgiant į lojalumo sampratą išskiriamos ir charakterizuojamos įsipareigojimo organizacijai formos, apibūdinami įsipareigojimo organizacijai formavimosi proceso etapai.
In times of globalization, Europe integration, the processes of Lithuanias independence restoration cause changes in Lithuania, revealing the importance of human and social capital in the country which experiences transformations. The concept of human capital in linked with the competence of organization leaders, office workers, customers and motyvation change. It is important to accentuate, that in case of educational institutions when clients are those who striving are learning, the notion of competence in characterized by dynamism. Learning and participation motivations becomes the essential factor. The concept of social capital can be explained by links between the above mentioned subject.(Coleman, 2005).
On the other hand the results of the activities of workers of educational institutions, their training, qualification and certification stimulate the discussion about social partnership and problems of cooperation within educational institutions in pre-school institutions, schools, universities, adult educational centres and between them . In practice one can observe lach of co-operation among organization, who are responsable for social politics. Keeping to the notion of social activities one can state that lack of partneship in the surroundings of otter organizations will have a negative influence on the co-operation of office workers within organizations.
The analysis of change shows that based on relationship the formation of knowledge society followed by essentical social change and contradiction, originate supposition for educational institutions and for change in their work.
In the field of action of these organizations one can observe political, economic cultural transformation of expression, wich determine the necessity of learning life long and integration processes of social parnership.(Bell, 1999, Dominelli, 2004, Hargreaves, 2003). The process of Europe integration also raise new (tasks) projects for educational institutions and representatives of social professions. Thus, the situation of educational institutions and their office workers is special , because in one can observe the change of paradigm in the field of their activities. It alloun to state that relationship among teachers, lectures and educational institution must also change.
Paying attention to the above mentioned socialtention, causing the change in relationship between office worker and educational institution, the object of analysis was chosen in the article is the relationship between office workers and organization.
The aim of the article is to reveal the ralatioship of office workers and organization in terms of loyalty to the organization, accentuating characteristics of educational institutions.
