Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas vienas iš trijų pradinių klasių mokytojų profesiogramos komponentų - profesinis pedagoginis kryptingumas, išskaidytas į tris dalis (pasitenkinimas, tinkamumas, krūvis). Sudaryta subjektyvių pedagogo profesijos aspektų skalė, kurią sudaro 32 teiginiai. Tų teiginių tinkamumą sau įvertino 736 ekspertai. The paper deals with one of the three components of primary school teachers’ professional training program, and that is professional pedagogical purposefulness. The component is further subdivided into three constituent parts (satisfaction, suitability, and workload), and the differences as well as links among these parts are substantiated. To examine the component, a scale of subjective aspects of teacher's profession has been made of 32 statements. 736 experts have evaluated the suitability of these statements for themselves. The following analysis of evaluations has been performed: general statistical features, graphical, correlation, and factorial analysis
