The article discusses one of the first-class academy students’ underlying factors of adaptation: parents’ support of the adaptation process. Our empirical study has confirmed that parental support plays a very important role for the first class academy students in academy’s adapting community. The adaptation process is determined by many factors but according to the scientist practitioners and teachers from the format of relationship in the family, the style of upbringing and other factors of personality’s formation depend children’s ability to overcome difficulties in adapting the new school environment. Then, a family is the most important factor for the child’s development, his societal behavior and attitude. Parents’ upbringing mistakes have the influence on teenager’s behavior, emotional, social problems: absence of warm emotional relationship, the lack of control or too strict control, incorrect fosterages and punishments, contradictory requirements. During the period of students’ adaptation school and family’s connection is very important because the relationship in the family has the influence on child’s opportunities and on his adaptation at school. It seems that parents’ upbringing style and methods confer the basis for gaining skills, which are significant for future perspective; parents’ encouragement, the models of roles and family’s support make influence to the future pointed aim and plans’ quality, the content and with this connected attributions. Teenagers use their experience gained in the family when they create the relationship behind the family, with contemporaries, this rebounds to their conformance to the new environment of the academy. The scientific analysis of the work claims that parents’ support influence successful adaptation of academy students during the first year in academy’s community. It is important to satisfy teenager’s safety and admission requirements in a family, in order to achieve successful adaptation in academy’s community because from parents’ efficient support and ability to understand academy’s first year students depends interpersonal relationship quality while having adaptation period in academy’s community, especially with the members of the class and teachers. Students’ ability to find new friends in a new classroom depends on social skills which come from the family. Empirical research data showed that parents’ upbringing styles have some impact for students’ security, the sensation of respect in the academy. Upbringing styles influence teenagers being the members of the academy during the adaptation period and the ability to find new friends in a new class. It comes that parents’ upbringing styles influence social adaptation in the academy. It is stated that parents’ support for the first class academy students has the impact on their emotional, psychical and physical state. Some indispositions of the students: sleeplessness, stomachaches, bad mood, the feeling that academy depresses. These indispositions depend on the point if parents understand first class students, if parents’ help is given when it is really needed and on the efficiency of parents support according to students’ attitude.
