Socialinių darbuotojų kompetencijų vertinimas atestacijos metu

Abstract

Straipsnyje aptariama socialinio darbuotojo kompetencijos samprata, jos struktūra, kuria remiantis sudarytas socialinių darbuotojų praktinės veiklos vertinimas. Taip pat aptariami socialinių darbuotojų kvalifikaciniai reikalavimai, kurie leidžia įvertinti socialinio darbuotojo kompetencijos lygį, nusakantį socialinio darbuotojo atitikimą tam tikrai kvalifikacinei kategorijai. Atlikto tyrimo metu analizuotos socialinių darbuotojų kompetencijos, atskleistas socialinių darbuotojų požiūris į naujus kvalifikacinius reikalavimus. The article discusses the concept of social workers’ competence, its structure, which is the basis for social workers’ practical activity assessment. It also discusses qualification requirements for social workers, which allow defining social worker’s competence level identifying his or her correspondence to certain qualification category. During the research social workers competences were analyzed, and their attitude towards the new qualification requirements was revealed. The research showed that social workers believe personal features and values to be more important competences than activity efficiency and results as well as socialization, cooperation and management. When assessing their competence level social workers indicated that their highest competences are in personal features and values sphere. The majority of social workers pointed out the reasons of negative evaluation of the new qualification requirements as they are too high, far from reality and not included into official functions requirements.
