Only integrated and comprehensive researches could establish the negative causes of this phenomenon and lead the future education process in secondary school.
The article analyzes and values the changes in the teachers' and students' attitude and expectation towards their motivation in good learning results in the context of dynamic socium (education system). Respondents: students from IX-X and XII classes and teachers, working in secondary schools. In longitudinal trends (1988-2008) most of students noticed, that they could improve their learning results. Most of respondents estimate their results as average. They noticed that they could improve their results. The barriers for result improvement were: lack of motivation and efforts, difficulties associated with some disciplines (boring or overburden), negative relations with teachers, strain homeworks; some respondents found learning as unimportant activity. Respondents - teachers noticed that the problematic of good result motivation is the most relevant in the second level of secondary school. The strongest good result motivation was noticed in the first level of secondary school. According to the research results we could conclude that the good result motivation is raised in the family, supported and strengthened by qualified teachers during creative and organized education process. Good learning results are essential for students of XII class because they are motivated to achieve desirable profession without paying for study in high school. The peculiarities of research period (changes in socium) have partial influence to the student's motivation to seek good results. Evaluation of longitudinal trend's results showed that reformation in education system (changes in education system) has negative influence to good result motivation. This is serious problem which should be solved by organizers of education changes, scientists, politicians and educators.
