Straipsnyje pateikiamos įvairios kokybės sampratos bei populiariausi mokymo kokybės vertinimo teoriniai aspektai. Aprašoma darbo rinkos profesinio mo- kvmo kokybės vertinimo istorinė apžvalga pagal išskirtus etapus: pasirengiamasis (nuo 1997 m.), įgyvendinimo (nuo 2000 m.), tobulinimo (nuo 2004 m.). Analizuojama darbo rinkos profesinio mokymo išorinio kokybės vertinimo dabartis bei perspektyvos. Pateikiamos rekomendacijos, kaip pagerinti darbo rinkos profesinio mokymo kokybės vertinimą.
This article presents the external quality assessment of Lithuanian Labour market vocational training. The aim of article is to survey the evolution and situation of the external quality assessment of Labour market vocational training in Lithuania. Research object is the external quality assessment in Labour market vocational training. The tasks are: to review various theoretical concepts of quality; to make review based on historical approach of policy making and legislation related to the external quality assessment of Lithuanian Labour market vocational training, to analyze future perspectives of policy in that field.Research methods are analysis of literature and documents, supervision. This article presents various quality conceptions and most popular theoretical dimensions (aspects) of vocational training quality assessment. Also there is a historical review of vocational training quality assessment in Labour market. It is divided in to preparation-planning stage-period (from 1997), implementation stage (from 2000) and development stage (from year 2004). The current situation and perspectives, of Labour market vocational training external quality assessment, are analyzed. Conclusions, analysis of documents that are already prepared and under preparation on Labour market and training system revealed external quality assessment strictly orientated only on realizing the content of training and not foreseeing the qualitative assessment of training institution management. The recommendations on improving Labour market vocational training external quality assessment are proposed.
