The issues of developing, creating, educating and improving a personality gain special importance in the years of different social and political changes. Values and reformation of the value system are then among the most important subjects. Value orientation embraces an individual’s relations with values and expresses his or her ability to chose the right directions in the system of values. A value is the importance of natural and cultural phenomena, actions and human behavior to a person.
