Ugdymas- tai pirmiausia tarpasmeninis bendravimas. Bendraudami ugdome kitus ir ugdomės patys. Bendravimas, kaip prasminga subjektų sąveika, tampa universali vertybė, itin reikšminga asmenybės saviraiškai ir savikūrai, kai jos pagrindas esti pozityvus emocinis-vertybinis požiūris į save ir į kitą asmenį. Bendravimas - žmogaus poreikis, nuo kurio priklauso orientacija aplinkoje, vertinimai, kasdieninis elgesys.
Due intercourse can be the basis of effective education. Such points as good intercourse and collaboration, prevention of conflicts and control over pupils in problematic situations become more urgent today as the school tires to help the pupils’ interweaving into the open democratic society. Here are the requisites forsolving the problem: 1) the process of education should be grounded by humane and positive interaction, 2) unconventional teaching methods and their combination should be applied purposively. The aim is to have a positive influence on the stereotypes of teaching and evaluation and intercourse dominating at our schols.
