Abstract
Straipsnyje aptariami santykinės mokymo kokybės ir ugdomosios sąveikos veiksniai, lemiantys studentų mokymo ir mokymosi rezultatus, pagrįsti geriausia moksline ir praktine pedagogine patirtimi.
The paper discusses the aspects of the development of practical skills (cognitive and applied) for future employees. Based on the best scientific, pedagogical and practical experience there are provided the most important factors of pedagogical and developmental interaction that predetermine teaching and learning results.
