Straipsnyje vertinamas trijų gyvenamųjų pastatų Vokietijoje šildymo sistemų efektyvumas. Pastatų energijos vartojimo efektyvumas įvertintas taikant energijos sąnaudų faktorių. Trijų pastatų energijos sąnaudų faktoriaus vertės buvo mažesnės už standartinę, o tai rodo teigiamą pastato ener ginį naudingumą. Tyrimo metu nustatytas tik šilumos energijos efektyvumas pastatuose.
he paper is assessing the efficiency of heating systems of three residential buildings in Ger many. The expenditure factor is used as an energy efficiency index through which the buildings were assessed. The three buildings had values below the standard value which indicates a positive imp ression about the building's energy performance. The study was only concerned about heat energy performance inside the buildings, electricity was not a concern of the study.
