The processes of socialisation of children with special needs and their efficiency are closely linked with the system of values shared by children's educators, their moral culture and etiquette, which become ethical orientations of socialisation. The article discusses qualitative parameters of attitude of special need children's educators towards normalisation principles and their implementation goals, understanding and implementation of these parameters, analyses ethical value categories ranged according to importance by social work specialists, which are applied in practical activity. The presented research data are based on a comprehensive analysis of scientific literature and on long-term practice in improvement of ethical orientations accumulated through immediate work in social care institution for children with special needs.
