Darbas skirtas šiuolaikiniams fizinio ugdymo kokybės ir vertinimo kriterijų ypatumams Europos ir Lenkijos požiūriu. Tyrimo objektas yra visuminis kokybės vadybos filosofijos, kaip teorinės ugdymo vertinimo ir vadybos bazės, įgyvendinimas švietime, ypač akcentuojant fizinį ugdymą mokykloje. Padaryta išvada, kad fizinio ugdymo paradigmų kaita iš biotechnologinės į pedagoginę (edukologinę) yra aksiologinių kompetencijų viršenybės vertinimo kriterijuose pasekmė.
The work is devoted to the contemporary aspects of physical education quality and criteria of evaluation from the European and Polish point of view. The subject of the analysis is the implementation of Total Quality Management philosophy as theoretical base in the assessment and management in education with special stress put on school physical education. It concludes that the change of the paradigm of physical education from biotechnological into pedagogical should result in the primacy of axiological competence in the criteria of evaluation.
