Upon the loss of functional abilities of the muscles of lower extremities and pelvis area resulting from spinal cord injuries at the waist zone a long-term hypodynamism is witnessed, decrease functions of well enervated muscle and other organs of human body, decrease possibilities to take actions. The investigation was carried out at the Rehabilitation Centre of Vilnius University Hospital "Santariškių klinikos" in 1996–1997.
