Rengdami pedagogus, ypač daug dėmesio skiriame busimųjų mokytojų gebėjimui dirbti veiksmingai, jų atvirumui ir pasirengimui kaitai bei inovacijoms. Vienas iš šio darbo sėkmės garantų - studento motyvacija ir aspiracijos, kurias išsiaiškinome remdamiesi studijų pradžioje atlikta busimųjų mokytojų gyvenimo patirties analize. Tyrime dalyvavo 240 Gamtos mokslų fakulteto I ir II kursų studentų. Taikydami refleksijos metodą sukaupėme informatyvios tiek kognityvinio, tiek emocinio-vertybinio lygmenų medžiagos. Atlikę analizę, išskyrėme tris asmeninių išgyvenimų grupes, kurias lėmė įvairūs veiksniai, tarp jų ir mokytojo asmenybė.
The society has many expectations in the today’s school. The development of the school is not possible without the personality of a teacher. One of the factors having an impact on the personality is the personal experience. They say that the impressions received in the childhood or youth (not necessarily positive) often remain all life long. The article provides an analysis of the compositions of the second year students of Natural Sciences Department at Vilnius Pedagogical University, describing the most important event in their lives. The analysis of 240 of reflective writing works shows that 5% of respondents states, that they have not yet experienced an important event in their lives that would be worth to speak about.
