In context of the problem of Russian economic crisis and of Russian integration on the new basis into the World financial and economic system the sufficient interest is paid to the problems of the informational integration and of the informational support of management on all levels. The present paper is aimed at the study of the specific informational aspect of the integration problems connected with information obstacles and information openings.
