Straipsnyje analizuojamos organizacijų vadybos potencialo vystymo galimybės, reikšmė ir problemos Lietuvos įmonėms, pateikiamas organizacijų vadybos potencialo vystymo planas per pagrindines vadybos funkcijas bei rekomendacijos jo įgyvendinimui, panaudojant koučingo ir neurolingvistinio programavimo metodikas. Straipsnis grindžiamas atliktu tyrimu, kurio tikslas − nustatyti pagrindinius organizacijų vadybos potencialo didinimo žingsnius ir sudaryti organizacijų vadybos potencialo vystymo koučingo ir NLP metodikomis planą. Tyrimo metodai: koučingo, NLP, taikomosios psichologijos, lyderystės, organizacijų vystymosi vadybos literatūros šaltinių sisteminė analizė ir sintezė, sisteminė minties veikla.
This paper examines the management potential of organisations development possibilitis, importance and problems to various companies. The paper is based on research which purposes are to identify the main steps in increasing management potential of organization and to make organization`s management potential development plan by applying coaching and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) methods. Coaching and NLP are one of the most effective learning tools which help managers to develop their professional competencies, organization’s human recourses and enables organization to develop as a system. Based on theoretical research and identified 7 key management capacity building steps, management potential development plan through the main management functions (planning, organizing, leading, motivation, controlling) as well as recommenda-tions for its implementation by applying coaching and NLP techniques are proposed.
