Straipsnyje nagrinėjama diskusija dėl Tautos istorinės atminties įstatymo projekto siekiant atsakyti į klausimą, nuo ko priklauso galia būti reprezentuojam ir išgirstam virtualioje erdvėje vykstančiose politinėse diskusijose. Pasitelkiant intertekstualumo analizės metodus, tiriama, kokios pozicijos institucinėje visuomenės sąrangoje yra sietinos su veiksmingu, t. y. cituojamu kalbėjimu. Aiškinamasi, ar naujos komunikacijos technologijos keičia institucinių determinantų galios kontroliuoti viešąjį diskursą veiksmingumą.
The article analyses the discussion that took place in 2013–2014 about the draft of the Law on the Historical Memory of the Nation. The aim is to answer the question of what are the factors of social power, defined as the capability to make oneself represented and heard in the virtual political discussion arena. The analysis of intertextuality is applied in order to research what are the positions in the institutional structure of society which are related to effective, that is, quoted, speaking. The article seeks to provide an answer to the question of whether new communication technologies change the determinants that are related to the access to public discourse and the power to control it.
