Abstract (en)
With the entry into force of the new Federal law on 13.07.2015 N 224-FL on public-private partnership, the assessment of efficiency of projects, that fall under the act of this law, is obligatory. In this connection, there is the need for a detailed study of the requirements and estimated values for each of the phases, provided by the Ministry of Economic Development technique of an efficiency evaluation of projects . The created technique, will prevent the implementation of controversial from the point of view of fiscal efficiency projects.
