Straipsnyje analizuojami andragogo profesijos ypatumai, atskleidžiant įvairias profesinės veiklos sritis ir funkcijas, todėl išskirtos andragogo dėstytojo (suaugusiųjų mokytojo), andragogo analitiko (tyrėjo), andragogo organizatoriaus, andragogo tutoriaus/mentoriaus veiklos funkcijos ir joms atlikti reikalingos kompetencijos. Siekiant atskleisti andragogo veiklos ypatumus, pateikiamas andragogo analitiko veiklos hipotetinis modelis, kuris gali pasitarnauti minėto andragogo rengimui.
The article presents the analysis of the peculiarities of the andragogue‘s profession revealing different areas and functions of the professional activity. Therefore, we have marked the activity functions and required competencies of the teacher-andragogue (teacher for adults), analyst-andragogue (researcher), organizer-andragogue, tutor/mentor-andragogue. For the better exposition of the peculiarities of andragogue‘s activities we are presenting a hypothetical model that could be used in andragogue‘s education and training.
