High communicative competence of a teacher greatly influences the success of an educational process and its results. A well-developed ability to communicate with students is valued not less than the teacher’s knowledge of the subject and her/his professional skills. Young Primary School teachers should know that an active communication process helps to develop the student s personality, to realize the aims of the educational process, and to organize feedback from students. Primary school teacher should develop her/his communicative competence and increase her his skills of interaction, such as discussions with students, active listening, asking questions, making influence on the student’s personality and his activities, forming a positive class climate, etc.
