Straipsnyje siekiama supažindinti skaitytoją su vėlyvuoju Maurice Merleau-Ponty filosofijos laikotarpiu, atvėrusiu naują fenomenologijos tyrinėjimų lauką. Jį prancūzų fenomenologas pavadina netiesiogine ontologija. Iš šios perspektyvos filosofija atsiskleidžia kaip atsigręžiantis į save klausimas, o įvairiose srityse - kaip kūrybingai besiskleidžiantis žmogaus buvimas, kaip vieta, kurioje pasaulis užgimsta ir yra artikuliuojamas. Šį neregimumo proveržį į regimumą Merleau-Ponty pavadina ne žmogaus, bet pačios būties stebuklu.
The subject of the article is the latest period of M. Merleau-Ponty’s philosophy in which he opened a new field for phenomenological researches called indirect ontology. In such a new field we can see philosophy as a self- turning question and human existence as a place in which the world is rising. This miracle of unclosenness belongs not to the man but to Being itself.
