Daug naujai privatizuotų įmonių Rusijoje kenčia nuo įvairių ekonominių “ligų”, kurios veda net iki bankroto. Viena iš pagrindinių priežasčių glūdi blogai organizuotame valdyme. Labai dažnai valdymas negali kontroliuoti įmonės vystymo strategijos, tuo pačiu jis ir neturi konkrečių taktinių gairių kaip tai daryti. Šis straipsnis analizuoja kaip valdymas daro įtaką gamybos efektyvumui esamomis šių dienų sąlygomis
Many newly-privatized Russian enterprises are now suffering from different economic diseases, up to the threat of bankruptcy. One of the important reasons of these inconveniences roots is in the bad management. Often the management (both of privatized enterprises and of those remained in the government or municipal property) isn’t apt to put correct strategic lines of development of the economic object under control, neither it can conduct purposeful tactic guidance. Thus, this article analyzes managerial aspect of the production efficiency growth in the to-day conditions.
