Straipsnis skirtas konceptų įstatymas, tiesa, teismas tyrimui. Šie konceptai sudaro rusų ir baltarusių teisės kognityvinę erdvę. Gretinamoji medžiagos analizė leido nustatyti, kad abiejų tautų konceptualus pasaulio vaizdas daug kuo panašus, nes tai nulėmė ilgas bendras rusų ir baltarusių gyvenimas vienos valstybės teritorijoje. Savo ruožtu šimtme čius besiformuojanti baltarusių teisinė sistema uždėjo savo antspaudą ant baltarusių mentaliteto, kuris pastaruoju metu keičiasi.
The article is devoted to the study of the concepts Law, Truth, Court which form cognitive environment Law of the Russians and Belorussians. Comparative analysis of the linguistic material allowed us to state that the conceptual pictures of the world are very similar in both nations which is caused by the long-termed living on the territory of one state. At the same time Belorussian law system which has been formed for centuries left a mark on the mentality of the Belorussians who are undergoing a change at the moment.
