COllaborative iNitiatives for improving the inClusion of young childRen from vulnErable immigranT familiEs

Abstract

The project CONCRETE aims to document, promote and share effective and inclusive practices carried out by actors working in various sectors (education, social work and socio-cultural services) to support the linguistic and social success of the young children with vulnerable backgrounds. The objective is to strengthen inter-sectoral collaboration of early childhood actors to facilitate the transition from pre-school to school for children with a recent migrant background or from minorities.
