Nuotolinio mokymosi sistemų atitikimas tradiciniams dėstymo metodų poreikiams

Žinių visuomenės amžiuje žmogus jaučia poreikį nuolat tobulėti ir mokytis visą gyvenimą. Atpažįstant ir siekiant patenkinti tokį visuomeninį poreikį, universitetai, privačios įmonės bei paprasti piliečiai visame pasaulyje vis daugiau prisideda prie mokymų medžiagos pateikimo Internete, nuotolinių mokymų sistemų sukūrimą. Tuo pačiu metu, dėl skirtingų ekonominių, demografinių, ir politinių priežasčių daugelis universitetų pasaulyje bando optimizuoti mokymo procesą vystydami nuotolinį mokymą. Perėjimas prie nuotolinių mokymų proceso tampa labai svarbi mokslo įstaigų strategijos dalis. Universiteto vadovybės nukreipti į naują mokymo aplinką, dėstytojai dažnai neturi žinių nei įgudžių darbui su nuotolinių mokymų sistemom. Šiame darbe aptariama nuotolinio mokymosi plėtra pasaulyje, bei Vytauto Didžiojo universitete. Taip pat aptariama problematika, su kuria susiduriama norint pereiti prie nuotolinių mokymų – skirtingi dėstymo modeliai, bei didelė nuotolinio mokymo sistemų įvairovė. Darbe aprašomi tyrimo metodai, bei tyrimo proceso eigos logika. Darbo rezultatas – technologinių ir pedagoninių nuotolinių mokymų sistemų reikalavimų analizė, palyginamasios gairės, padėsiančios dėstytojui lengviau pasirinkti nuotolinių mokymų sistemas pagal jo dėstymo metodus ir poreikius.
In the age of Knowledge Society, contemporary men feels the drive for continuous education and self perfection. Recognizing and feeding this trend, universities, private companies, and individual citizens around the world bring more and more educational resources to the Internet, as well as develop e-learning systems. At the same time, due to different economic, political, and demographic reasons, many universities in different countries feel the need to increase the efficiency of the educational process. In this context, e-learning becomes one of the very important aspects of the development strategy. As a result, lecturers are often requirent to enter novel to them domain of e-teaching without having proper skills or knowledge required for the job. In this work, the author reviews the world and Lithuanian trends in e-learning development. The trend brings about a challenge of choosing between different e-learning systems, adapting the traditional teaching methods to the e-teaching/learning domain. In this work, research problem and methods are presented, the logic of the analysis is explained. The result of this work is the analysis of technological and methodological aspects of e-learning, on the basis of which recommendations for lecturers for the choice of e-learning platform are presented. The developed recommendations should make it simple for a lecturer to chose an e-learning system depending on own preferences for teaching methods and technical requirements.
