X mokyklos ir šeimos bendradarbiavimas skatinant humaniškus pradinukų santykius

Humaniškumas šiandieninėj visuomenėj traktuojamas kaip esminė būties vertybė, padedanti normalizuoti žmonių tarpusavio santykius, todėl jo ugdymas mokykloje ir šeimoje tampa viena iš svarbiausių problemų. Mokytojams bei tėvams kyla poreikis ugdyti humanišką - dvasiškai brandžią, savarankišką asmenybę.Šiame darbe autorė pateikia humaniškumo ugdymo sampratą, aprašo pradinių klasių mokinių humaniškų santykių raišką mokykloje, atskleidžia šeimos ir mokyklos bendradarbiavimo galimybes, skatinant humaniškus pradinukų santykius, bei išskiria X mokyklos pradinukų humaniškų santykių su bendraklasiais raiškos bruožus. Darbe pateiktos metodinės rekomendacijos bus naudingos pradinių klasių mokytojams ir tėvams, kurie ugdo vaikus, turinčius elgesio sutrikimų. Jos padės susisteminti jau turimas žinias ir atrasti atsakymus į daugelį rūpimų klausimų, susijusių su pradinių klasių mokinių humaniškumo ugdymu.
Humanity is seen as the essential virtue of existence within the society of nowadays, which helps to harmonize the interpersonal relationships. That is why its empowerment in the schools and families is the main current issue. It is a natural need of teachers and parent to educate their children and develop their humanity. This is the way to achieve the education of self-standing and spiritually stable as well as matured personality. In this paper the author resumes the concept of the humanistic education and describes the expressions of primary grades’ pupils’ relationships. She reveals the possibilities of collaboration between the families and the school in order to persuade the harmonized relationships. The main features of the case in the school X are reassumed.There are given the main recommendations in this paper, which suppose to be useful for the primary schools’ teachers’ as well as for the parents who educate the behavioural disturbances having children. The recommendations aim to help to reassess the knowledge acquired and to find the answers in the relevant questions, linked to development of humanism within the education system.
