The book is composed of a Yiddish-Lithuanian dictionary, a section of Yiddish sentences, a Lithuanian-Yiddish index, a pronunciation index and a grammatical summary. Each entry includes the transcription, so that people who cannot read Hebrew letters can use the dictionary. All the sentences exemplifying the word in context are collected in a special section of the book, and the entry shows a number redirecting to the sentence.
