Kontekstinė duomenų apgaubties analizė leidžia stratifikuoti stebėjimus atsižvelgiant į jų gamybinę aplinką ir efektyvumą. Toks klasifikavimas yra naudingas nustatant realesnius produkty-vumo ir efektyvumo didinimo tikslus bei rekomendacijas. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti ir kiekybiškai įvertinti efektyvumo lygio skirtumus Lietuvos ūkininkų ūkiuose. Efektyvumo skirtumai vertinti pat-rauklumo ir progreso rodiklių atžvilgiu. Augalininkystės ūkiai buvo sugrupuoti į devynias stratas (efektyvumo lygmenis), gyvulininkystės ūkiai – į penkias, o mišrūs ūkiai – į šešias. Taigi augalinin-kystės ūkiai buvo labiausiai heterogeniški efektyvumo atžvilgiu. Mišriuose ūkiuose buvo pastebėta strata, pasižyminti aukšta progreso rodiklio reikšme. Šiai ūkių grupei būtų ypač sudėtinga pasiekti aukštesnį produktyvumo ir efektyvumo lygmenį. Tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad numatant žemės ūkio paramos priemones, tikslinga atsižvelgti į atskirų ūkininkavimo tipų ir jiems priklausančių ūkių grupių potencialias efektyvumo didinimo galimybes.

Sportas tampa vis labiau globalus, sukuriantis sąlygas atletams siekti aukščiausių tikslų, nepaisant šalies, regiono ar žemyno. Sporto globalizacija suteikė galimybę kviesti kitų šalių sportininkus tam, kad sėkmingai rungtyniauti tarptautiniuose turnyruose, todėl tautybė ir šalies sportinis tapatumas tapo mažiau svarbus, o prioritetas teikiamas sportiniam meistriškumui ir gebėjimams. Eurolyga yra stipriausia profesionali vyrų krepšinio lyga Europoje, panaikinusi apribojimus užsienio žaidėjams. Šio tyrimo tikslas yra palyginti vietinių ir užsienio žaidėjų žaidimo veiklos rodiklius vyrų krepšinio Eurolygoje. Šiame tyrime taikyta varžybų duomenų statistinė analizė, kurios metu buvo siekta palyginti dvi Eurolygos krepšinio žaidėjų grupes: vietinius ir užsienio žaidėjus, t. y. krepšininkus, kurie žaidė kitoje nei savo tautybės komandoje. Imtį sudarė 588 rungtynės iš 2021–2022 m. reguliaraus sezono ir 612 rungtynių iš 2022–2023 m. reguliaraus sezono, kai dalyvavo 18 Eurolygos krepšinio komandų. Iš jų 2021–2022 m. sezoną tirti buvo 119 vietos žaidėjų (37 proc. visų), o 2022–2023 m. sezoną – 150 vietos žaidėjų (42,6 proc. visų). 2021–2022 m. sezoną 200 užsienio žaidėjų (63 proc. visų), 2022–2023 m. sezoną – 202 užsienio žaidėjai (57,4 proc. visų). Tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad užsienio ir vietos žaidėjai skiriasi kiekybiniais žaidimo rodikliais ir tam tikrais žaidimo efektyvumo rodikliais. Užsienio žaidėjai pagal žaidimo rodiklius, rodančius jų indėlį į komandos veiklą, – laiką, bendrą taškų kiekį ir pelnomų taškų vidurkį – dominavo. Didesnis užsienio žaidėjų puolimo reitingas rodo jų kūrybingumą puolime ir didelį potencialą atliekant metimus, o geresnis jų gynybos reitingas rodo gynybos kokybę. Tai paneigia nuomonę, kad užsieniečiai pasirenkami puolimui, o vietos žaidėjai naudojami daugiau gynybai ir pagalbinėms užduotims. Efektyvumo rodiklių procentinė išraiška patvirtina jų lyderystę aikštėje ir rodo, kad užsienio žaidėjai dalyvavo didesniame komandos puolimų skaičiuje. Bendro pataikymo procentas parodo bendrą visų metimų efektyvumą metant iš skirtingų aikštės vietų.

Siekiant įgyvendinti Europos Sąjungos planą iki 2050 metų visiškai neutralizuoti transporto sektoriaus taršą, teks visiškai atsisakyti transporto priemonių su vidaus degimo varikliais. Viena iš alternatyvių transporto priemonių yra elektromobiliai. Norint paspartinti miesto elektromobilių proveržį ir sumažinti jų kainą, gali būti naudojamas bevielis krovimas. Deja, bevielio krovimo sistemos veikia ne taip efektyviai, esant nevisiškam ašiniam sutapimui bei kintant vertikaliam atstumui tarp ričių, todėl turi būti ieškomi būdai, leidžiantys padidinti jų efektyvumą. Atlikus bandymus nustatyta, kad iš 4 ričių tipų, geriausiomis savybėmis pasižymi kvadratinės formos ritė su vienoje plokštumoje išdėstytomis apvijomis, gebanti išlaikyti mažiausius galios perdavimo nuostolių pakitimus, didėjant ašiniam nesutapimui.

Company’s strategic development has to be aimed at value growth. External growth is connected with effective using of new assets at the created value chains. The goal of the paper is to distinguish organizational and economic conditions of economic efficiency of the value chain transformation. Research Methods: the comparative analysis of financial results of the mining companies for 2003–2015, technology, economic and institutional factors, the case method and strategic and investment analysis are applied. Results: geological, technical, economic and other specific conditions of the value chain transformation as strategic development are formulated; estimate new effects of added assets at the value chains is offered.

The relevance of this study is determined by the necessity to refocus the foreign trade policy of Ukraine and to adjust the agricultural sector of economy to the conjunctural changes on the world agricultural markets. At present, the structure of the foreign trade of Ukraine is changing drastically taking into account economic, social and political circumstances. How can one identify potential partners and single out those that are the most economically feasible for a long-term cooperation? This is one of the most topical issues of the development of the foreign economic activity. The purpose of the article is to identify the main trade partners of agricultural products between Ukraine and the EU. Using the k-means method and the Ward-method, clustering of the trade partners of the EU member countries and Ukraine is carried out. Three cluster groups are singled out and the main factors that have impact on these groups are described.

Economic development of agricultural enterprises can provide the implementation of measures aimed at industrial resources conservation. Apart from the need for significant one-time investments that accompany resources’ economy at enterprises, there are no methodological grounds for assessing the effectiveness of the technology of rational resource use. The goal of the research is to develop methodical tools to determine technical and economic parameters for an advanced system of resource-saving measures. The period under investigation is 2014–2016, the number of enterprises under analysis is 96. To define the rules of choosing solutions on the base of games theory, taking into account information and expectations of agrarians, the analysis is performed based on the Laplas, Bayes, Sewidzh and Hurwitz criteria. Calculated values of the enterprises’ potential advantages, represented as an attribute for analytical grouping, allowed to define optimal strategies for designing a policy of production resources conservation. The demonstration partition of the whole set of enterprises is performed according to the suggested methodology. The data obtained as a result of criteria estimation allows us to draw conclusions about the most probable actions of grain producers in the situation of uncertainty, which enables us to identify typical effectiveness parameters of the system and to assess the prospects of the resource conservation policy.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the educational sphere financial rules, what can answer the question of how education financing indices must change under the alteration of macroeconomic indices, which determine the national economy state. The authors are investigating the issue regarding the substantiation and specification of educational sphere financial rules and related public administration benefits. The research has applied the fiscal and monetary rules analysis methodology. The applied result of the education financing rules substantiation issue research consists in the application of the algorithm, which covers 5 stages: rules idea formulation, the assessment of variables relationships significance according to the rules idea, the selection of endogenous and exogenous variables with significant relationships, the definition of gaps between the actual and trend values of the selected variables, the derivation of the equation of dependencies between the gaps.

Price competition among the domestic enterprises of meat processing industry requires the permanent increase of marketing price policy efficiency. The purpose of the research consists in the estimation of marketing price policy efficiency, establishment of its intercommunication with efficiency of activity for further improvement of marketing price policy of the enterprise of meat processing industry. The research’s methods are theoretical and logical generalization, statistical analysis, expert questioning, and matrix. The results of research are the methodical approach to the estimation of marketing price policy efficiency of the enterprise on the basis of determination of integral index; matrix that analyses intercommunication of marketing price policy efficiency with efficiency of enterprise’s activity for the development of marketing price policy potential and strengthening of control after the results of the enterprise’s activity are formed.

The European Innovation Partnership (EIP) is considered to be a new phenomenon signalling political will, highly relevant issue in contemporary domain of discussions among practitioners and researchers. While practitioners lack experience, researchers make attempts to identify the factors that influence effectiveness of an innovation partnership, explore the indicators and techniques to determine and evaluate its effectiveness. Aim of the study presented in the article is to determine the external and internal factors that influence effectiveness of the European Innovation Partnership by analysing the operating conditions of an operational group of the European Innovation Partnership in Agriculture (EIP-AGRI). Expert evaluation was carried out by experts who have scientific and practical experience: scientists, policy makers, innovators, developing an innovation partnership. The force field analysis has shown that the number of negative factors of EIP effectiveness exceeds the number of positive factors, and the factors analysed and evaluated allow to identify potential negative consequences in a timely manner and provide the opportunity to predict effectiveness of the EIP-based projects.

The European Innovation Partnership in Agriculture (EIP-AGRI) was initiated by the European Commission for social benefits and the modernization of the overall economy through innovation. Better and faster results are expectingby fostering collaboration between scientists, agricultural advisors and farmers. The main problem is how to evaluate the effectiveness of innovation partnership projects in agriculture, with what indicators to define and measure it? To address this problem, a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation partnerships in agriculture hasneeded. This article presents the methodology of evaluation of the effectiveness of innovation partnership in agriculture, which details the selected evaluation indicators, determines their significance, and provides guidelines for the interpretation of the results of efficiency evaluation. The developed evaluation methodology has tested using the project data of EIP groups operating in Lithuania. The methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation partnerships in agriculture is relevant fromboth a scientific and practical point of view.
