    The article presents the results of research on activities advertised on websites of human resource management (HRM) service providers in Lithuania. They reveal the nature and development level of HRM services, as well as the variety of applicable methods. This allows to formulate the assumptions about organizations’ possibilities to get HRM services outside the organization attempting to qualitatively perform any HRM activity or make a related decision.
