In the modern globalized world, the issue of ensuring the economic security in countries and sectors as the primary task of protection the national interests from different kinds of threats is particularly relevant. The aim of the research is to develop tools for ensuring the economic security of agrarian sector. The object is the agrarian sector of Ukraine. The period under review is 2012–2017 years. The basis of the study is the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. To evaluation the economic security indexes are used: gross domestic product; labor productivity in the agricultural sector. The ensuring the economic security of the agrarian sector requires the creation of such mechanisms and instruments, which will assure an active investment and innovations activities, growth of production of competitive products, cost-effective operation of enterprises. The research offers a mechanism to ensure the economic security of the agricultural sector, which consists of the following units: information and analytical unit; regulatory influence unit; unit of counteraction to threats and control unit. Also, the relationship between these units in the structure of factors influencing the development of the agricultural sector has been established.

The article deals with the main mechanisms of management of storage logistics of AIC at the national level. The system of AIC warehouse management logistics contains five main mechanisms. An effective mechanism of warehouse logistics management is introduced. It requires a comprehensive conceptual and methodical approach to its evaluation. In the developed method, based on the system characteristics of the warehouse operation, account was taken: the policy of their use, the coordination and administration of flows, the impact of warehousing risks on economic activity. The developed mechanisms of warehouse logistics management, together with mathematical calculations, create a synergistic effect from their implementation. Further research in this area will make it possible to improve the processes of managing logistics flows at enterprises.

Experts consider that training process is a complete system where, at every stage of portsmanship formation, particular specific features and didactic tasks are solved. The specificity of didactic tasks predetermines the direction of long-term sport training or certain phases of it. Accomplishment of preparedness “objective tasks” appropriate for athlete’s age, which are expressed with forecast result and suitable motor readiness mode characteristics value, makes efficiency of used didactic tasks evident. Therefore, athletes’ preparedness requirements setting should determine the value of parameters, considering the age specification of the long-term sport skills formation. Thereby, the training process that promotes stability at the demonstration of predictable result and matches the criterion of result achievement timeliness may be regarded as the effective one. Some scientific works testify as a rate (model characteristic) of “min-max values” (50,0-99,7 % from sample battery); average statistical value; minimum-required value; maximum-permissible value, etc. However, their variety in evaluation criteria, in the tests content, with the choice of norm parameters considerably decreases their informativity. The aim of the research is to form the battery of the tests and to calculate model characteristics of the motor readiness for triple jumpers (14-19 years).

The research has used methodology and algorithm for sport result modelling and motor readiness index developed in VNIIFK. The base for model description calculation was the data received from long jumpers of age 14-19 (n=134) testing and retrospective analysis of the rates being investigated in triple jumpers of high professional skills (n=52).

Results of the research show that using different methodologies and technologies, while defining the characteristics of athletes’ motor readiness, essentially decreases level of their informativity for professional experts as the valuation of the training effectiveness criterion. The identified readiness models are most often implied as the indices of functional optimum to the condition, which we should aspire to. In order to increase their informativity, the efforts were placed to define the model parameters by combining two approaches to generating database for the following calculation that was on the base of symbiosis of “slices” and retrospective methods. The found results have been used to calculate the fluctuations range of required values. These values variation within determined limits obtains standard characteristics and allows showing as an interval for the necessary level of athletes’ readiness at the age-related aspect.

The aim of the article is to make public the results of theoretical and empirical research, the model “System of promotion and support for the development of specialist’s competitiveness in an enterprise (organisation)” and its expertise results. The article surveys the basis of the concept of staff ’s competitiveness, a special place given to the description of the designed model, the aim of which is to provide the support and promotion of the staff ’s competitiveness in an enterprise, as well as the analysis and assessment of results obtained during the expertise of the model. The designed model as such is a system of cooperation that contains four basic components of the interaction.
