    Darbo tikslas – ištirti ir įvertinti vienodo amžiaus (13–14 metø) mergaičių lytinio brendimo įtaką jų fiziniam išsivystymui ir širdies ritmo autonominiam reguliavimui. Tyrimas atliktas Vilniaus m. Gerosios vilties vidurinėje mokykloje, jame dalyvavo 40 nuo 13 iki 14 metų amžiaus mergaičių. Nustatytos mergaičių lytinio brendimo stadijos pagal antrinių lytinių požymių išreikštumo laipsnį. Fiksuoti du fizinio išsivystymo rodikliai – ūgis (cm) ir kūno masė (kg). Širdies ritmo charakteristikoms įvertinti naudotos ramiai gulint ritmografijos metodika nustatytos ritmo dažnio (RR), ritmo dispersijos (SRR), labai lėto dažnio bangų (LLDK), lėto dažnio bangų (LDK) ir aukšto dažnio bangų (ADK) absoliutinės reikšmės ir šių bangų procentinės reikšmės (NLLDK, NLDK, NADK). Aktyvaus ortostatinio mėginio metu nustatytas maksimalus ritmo padažnėjimas stojant (RRB) ir amplitudinė reikšmė (ΔRRB). Ritmo reakcija į standartinį fizinį krūvį vertinti Rufjė testo santykiniais vienetais. [...]

    The objective of the study was to identify and describe the development of physical and specific skills of 17-19 year old athletes in the sport of orienteering throughout an annual preparation course. The assessed participants were the members of the Lithuanian National Junior Team, 2005-2006. The results of the research show that specific intellectual preparation (attention concentration, cognitive proceeding speed and visual memory) appears to develop throughout an annual preparation course (the assessment has been carried out three times a course: in the initial and final stages of the training course and between competitions). There was a significant increase in attention concentration rate (p<0.05 by Kvoro labyrinth test) during the period between the initial and competition stages, and the competition period improved the performance of the visual memory in comparison with the initial stage (p<0.05). However, the results of the physical development and anaerobic endurance of the athletes show no significant change (p>0.05). The analysis reveals the development of psychomotor abilities (p>0.05), although the changes are not statistically unreliable. There has been also a slight improvement in adaptation of the heart rate and respiratory system to training (p>0.05). Hence, the data of physical and functional development of the members of the Lithuanian National Junior Team are close to those of high performance athletes.

    Mokinių (11–17 metų) fizinio išsivystymo, fizinio ir funkcinio pajėgumo rodiklių kaitos ypatumai amžiaus aspektu

    Pedagogika, 2014, t. 115, nr. 3, p. 105–121

    Straipsnyje aptariama, išryškinama ir lyginama mokinių fizinio išsivystymo ir parengtumo rodiklių rezultatų kaita, skirtingais paauglystės periodais. Didžiausi fizinio išsivystymo ir parengtumo rodiklių rezultatų prieaugiai stebimi VII ir IX klasėse. Tačiau fizinio išsivystymo ir parengtumo rodiklių rezultatai nedaug didesni arba panašūs į bendraamžių rezultatus, pateiktus EUROFIT (2002), išskyrus didesnius kūno masės vidurkius ir geresnius pusiausvyros bei šaudyklinio bėgimo rezultatus.

    Jaunųjų futbolininkų, rankininkų ir krepšininkų fizinio išsivystymo ir bendrojo fizinio parengtumo rodiklių lyginamoji analizė
    [Comparative analysis of the indicators of physical development, general physical fitness of young football, handball and basketball players]
    research article[2016][S4][S007][6]
    ;
    Sporto mokslas / Sport Science, 2016, no. 3, p. 24-29

    A lot of sport and vigorous games (football, handball, basketball and others) are connected by similar movement actions that are based on the same or similar physical properties and demand similar models of movement, which are performed in different conditions; therefore, physiological requirements differ according to the time and intensity of their performance (Meckel, Gottlieb, Eliakim, 2009). They are influenced by different factors (the surface and size of the field, number of players); however, these sports are similar in terms of aerobic and anaerobic capacity demands for the fitness of players. Despite that aerobic activity prevails in team sports, the main actions are accomplished in anaerobic conditions in competitions (Abdelkrim et al., 2007; Sporiš, Vuleta, Vuleta, Milanović, 2010). The aim of the current research is to explore the results of the indicators of physical development, general and special physical fitness of young football, handball and basketball players, as well as to accomplish their comparative analysis. 22 basketball players, 22 football players and 22 handball players aged 13-14 took part in the research. Their physical development (height, weight) and physical fitness (30 m run, standing long jump, and 10×5 meter shuttle run) were determined. The analysis of research results was carried out using SPSS 19.0 for Windows. The research results on physical development revealed that the tallest were handball players, as well as their scores were the highest. The smallest weight and height were determined among footballers. The results of 30 meter run, standing long jump and 10×5 meter shuttle run of handball players were considerably better in comparison to football and basketball players. The results of basketball players in 30 meter run, standing long jump and shuttle run were lower than the ones of handball and football players. [...].
