The present article focuses on the issue of the development of social competence in pre-primary children in families with different education background. It gives an overview of Lithuanian and foreign educational scientists’ attitudes to the role of the family and the educational institution in the cooperation in developing social skills in children. Based on the results of the empiric research, the article presents attitude held by parents with different education to the development of social competence in pre-primary children. It also identifies the following consistent patterns: parents with higher educational background are more conscious of the importance of communication skills for pre-primary children and support an active role of the family and the educational institution in facilitating children’s socialisation.

Monografijoje filosofiniu, teologiniu, psichologiniu bei edukologiniu aspektu analizuojama dvasingumo fenomenas. Tyrimais siekiama pagrįsti įvairias dvasingumo apraiškas kognityviniu, emociniu ir elgesio lygmenimis. Atlikto tyrimo rezultatai papildo kol kas negausius dvasingumo tyrinėjimo darbus. Tyrimui pasirinkta mažai tyrinėta studentų – būsimųjų religijos švietėjų – grupė.

Straipsnyje rašoma apie akademinio jaunimo požiūrį į iššūkius tradicinei šeimai, per kurią visuomenė atsinaujina, pratęsia savo egzistenciją, kurioje asmuo įgyja pasaulėžiūros pamatus ir pažįsta Esaties priežastį – Dievą. Jaunimas įsitikinęs, kad nors dalies šiuolaikinių šeimų gyvenimas deformuotas, tradicinė šeima turi stiprėti ir atlikti žmogaus dvasinio, dorovinio auklėjimo funkciją. To reikalauja pati žmogaus esmė, jo paskirtis gyvenime.
