This article seeks to complement the research area of entrepreneurship education at the uni-versity through the change of personality knowledge and behavior. The researchers presents a con-ceptual model based on a models of planned behavior and behavioral stages. According to the deve-loped model of entrepreneurship education process, a case study was carried out based on the activi-ties of the Center for Entrepreneurship Education of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Aleksandras Stulginskis University. In this article, factors that comprise the model were analyzed and compared how the established model works and what components work on the model itself. The main objective of the article is to analyze the entrepreneurial education peculiarities, to form an entrepre-neurship education model at the university, look at the change in personality knowledge and behavior, and to do case analysis at Aleksandras Stulginskis University.

However, it can be observed that it is difficult to identify all the relationships of stakeholders, the functions they perform in the development of social innovation. The aim of this article is to identify the principles of stakeholder involvement in the process of social innovation development in rural areas. The article presents a study that was conducted to assess the preparation of the environment for the process of social innovation development during systemic changes and during interviews with interested organizations in Rokiškis district. The study found that the involvement of organizations depends on the leading leader and the real motives for involvement.
