The article discusses the tendencies of neologism integration into the written text. The usage research reveals that there exist certain non-written rules on neologism integration into the text. It is possible to distinguish two major ways of the devoid of traditional usage lexeme introduction into the text: either neologisms are italicised or put in quotation marks, or (and) accompanied with certain comments. The preferred way depends on the nature of the text and the type of the neologism.

The studies of different languages reveal that lexical loanwords are particularly characteristic of the said domain as a specific means of discourse creation. The current article presents the first study on lexical loanwords in Lithuanian tourism discourse. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the loanwords in tourism discourse has been conducted in terms of their semantics, origin, integration into the language system and text, as well as the significance of loanwords as a means of tourism discourse creation is considered.
