Football is a very dynamic, athletic and emotional game that requires good physical, technical, tactical, and psychological readiness. This game is a team sport that demands athletes’ mutual understanding as well. In order to achieve high performance, this sport needs good moral climate within the team and positive interaction with team coach and players. Until now, we lack studies assessing in complex way the psychological development of young football players. This study analyses sport, social interaction in sport situation, and psychological indicators in complex. The aim is to analyse sports indicators, interaction between coach and players, communication in a team among athletes, and resilience in the 12-14 year old football players group.
