The article surveys the basis of the concept of staff ’s competitiveness, a special place given to the description of the designed model, the aim of which is to provide the support and promotion of the staff ’s competitiveness in an enterprise, as well as the analysis and assessment of results obtained during the expertise of the model. The designed model as such is a system of cooperation that contains four basic components of the interaction.
