Biologinių preparatų ir piktžolių kontrolės sistemų poveikis žieminių rapsų agrocenozei ekologinėje žemdirbystėje
Magistrantūros studijų baigiamajame darbe pateikiami biologinių preparatų ir skirtingų piktžolių kontrolės sistemų (terminės, mechaninės, savireguliacijos) poveikio žieminių rapsų agrocenozeje duomenys ekologinėje žemdirbystėje. Rapso (Brassica napus L. spp. oleifera biennis Metzg.) žieminės formos agrocenozė. Darbo metodai: dirvos biologinis aktyvumas vertintas pagal dirvožemio fermentų sacharazės ir ureazės aktyvumą modifikuotus A. I. Čiunderovos (1973).
The master's thesis presents the data of biological preparations and different weed control systems (thermal, mechanical, self-regulation) on the effects of winter rapeseed agrocenosis in organic agriculture. Winter rapeseed‘s (Brassica napus L. spp. Oleifera biennis Metzg.) agrocenosis. Methods of the work: soil biological activity was evaluated by the activity of soil enzymes saccharase and urease modified by A. I. Ciunderova (1973). The research was carried out at Laboratory of Raw Materials for Food Zootechnical and Agronomical Analyses at VMU ŽŪA. Earthworm research was carried out after harvesting rape. Earthworms were collected, washed, drained, counted and weighed (Atlavinytė, 1975).Soil CO2 emissions (μmol m-2 s-1) were determined in a soil layer of 0 to 10 cm with a portable analyzer Li-Cor 6400-09 during the winter rapeseed flowering stage. Shear resistance has been measured following the use of weed control systems with the Geonor 72407 (kPa read S2M1L 0.5). Retsch screening machine was used to determine the soil's structure. The yield of oilseed rapewas calculated using the standard 8.5% moisture and absolutely clean seed amount (t ha-1). The results of work: During the autumn vegetation period of rapeseed, the application of thermal and mechanical weed control systems with and without biological preparations significantly reduced the soil shear resistance by 7.5 and 13.2% and 34.6 and 25.3%, compared to self-regulation. During the spring vegetation period of rapeseed, soil shear resistance decreased the most when using mechanical weed control system and biological preparations. The applied non-chemical weed control systems had no significant effect on the amount of mega-aggregates and micro-aggregates in the soil. By applying mechanical weed control system and using biological preparations, the amount of macro-aggregates increased significantly by 21.0% compared to the application of self-regulation. Biological preparations and non-chemical weed control systems did not have a significant impact on the number of earthworms in the soil. The number of earthworms in the soil have been found to be substantially higher, respectively 2.3 and 1.7 times and 1.9 and 2.1 times, in mechanical weed control fields without and with biological preparations respectively, compared to fields of thermal weed control and self-regulation.
