Ypatingų vaikų ugdymo(si) procesas, integralaus ugdymo sąlygomis – iššūkis tiek grupės mokytojams, dirbantiems pagal ikimokyklinio ugdymo programą, tiek pagalbos vaikui specialistams, tiek visiems grupės vaikams. Pozityvi tarpusavio komunikacija tarp visų ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos bendruomenės narių – būtina sąlyga sėkmingai vaikų integracijai į bendruomenę. Tačiau bendruomenės nariams trūksta patirties ir įgūdžių taikant pozityvios komunikacijos principus kasdieninėse vaikų ugdymo situacijose, todėl buvo iškelta hipotezė – pozityvi X ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos bendruomenės narių tarpusavio komunikacija užtikrina integralaus ugdymo(si) galimybes. Siekiant pagrįsti išsikeltą hipotezę buvo suformuluotas tikslas - atskleisti komunikavimo ypatumus X ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje ugdant ypatingus vaikus integralaus ugdymo sąlygomis. Tyrime dalyvavo X ikimokyklinės įstaigos 23 pedagogai, X ikimokyklinės įstaigos pagalbos vaikui 4 specialistai ir X ikimokyklinės įstaigos 70 ugdytinių tėvų. Tyrimo rezultatų analizės pagrindu buvo suformuluotos šios išvados:
- Ypatingi vaikai yra mūsų bendruomenės dalis, kuri turi teisę į pilnavertį gyvenimą visuomenėje. Tačiau jiems reikalinga specialistų pagalba, bendruomenės pozityvus nusiteikimas ypatingų vaikų integracijos į visuomenę aspektu.
- Ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų ugdymo įstaigos nėra pasiruošusios ypatingų vaikų ugdymui integralaus ugdymo sąlygomis. Trukdžiai būtų pedagogų pasiruošimas (trūksta patirties ir žinių ugdant ypatingus vaikus), pagalbos vaikui specialistų stoka, ugdomosios aplinkos pritaikymas ypatingų vaikų ugdymui.
- Siekiant sukurti vaiko gerovei palankią aplinką, laikytis pozityvios komunikacijos principų, labai svarbi pedagogų profesinė kompetencija. Pozityvi komunikacija, kiekvieno komandos nario indėlis padidina grupės veiklos efektyvumą ir ypatingo vaiko ugdymą integralumo sąlygomis.
- Tyrimo duomenų analizė patvirtino hipotezę, kad pozityvi X ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos bendruomenės narių tarpusavio komunikacija užtikrina integralaus ugdymo(si) galimybes.
- X ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos bendruomenei reikalinga profesionali pagalbos vaikui specialistų pagalba vykdant ypatingų vaikų ugdymą integralaus ugdymo sąlygomis.
- X ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos bendruomenės narių pozityvi komunikacija yra paremta pokalbių, diskusijų komunikacijos formomis.
