Naudojamas reagentas - Folin-Ciocalteu, absorbcija matuojama 760 nm bangos spektre.
- Suminiam flavonoidų kiekiui įvertinti pasirinktas spektrofotometrinis metodas, paremtas flavonoidų ir Al (III) kompleksų susidarymu. Naudojamas reagentas - AlCl₃, absorbcija matuojama 470 nm bango spektre.
- DPPH radikalų aktyvumui įvertinti naudojamas spektrofotometrinis metodas. Naudojamas reagentas – DPPH, absorbcija matuojama 515 nm bangos spektre.
- ABTS radikalų aktyvumui įvertinti naudojamas spektrofotometrinis metodas. Naudojamas reagentas – ABTS, absorbcija matuojama 734 nm bangos spektre.

Aim of the work: Concentration of biologically active chemical compounds and antioxidant activity determination of the bark of common oak (Quercus robur L.), depending on the region of origin. Research methods: Selected two phenological families – the late Dūkštai and the early Josvainiai. It is also selected two different solvents of extracts – 75 % methanol (MeOH) and water (dH2O).
- A spectrophotometric method was chosen to estimate the total amount of phenolic compounds. The reagent used is Folin-Ciocalteu, the absorbance is measured in the 760 nm of spectrum wave.
- A spectrophotometric method based on the total amount of flavonoids. Al (III) and flavonoids complexes estimates the total amount of flavonoids. The reagent used is AlCl2, the absorbance is measured in the 470 nm of spectrum wave.
- Spectrophotometric method was chosen to estimate the activity of DPPH radicals. The reagent used is DPPH, the absorbance is measured in the 515 nm of spectrum wave.
- Spectrophotometric method was chosen to estimate the activity of ABTS radical. The reagent used is ABTS, the absorbance is measured in the 734 nm of spectrum wave. The results/Conclusion: The higher amounts of biologically active compounds and higher antioxidant active occurs in genetic families of late phenological form. Also, for most genetic families, obtained better results in extracts prepared with 75 % methanol (MeOH).
